You must be at least 18 years of age to use the Service. By using the Service, you represent and warrant that you are at least 18 years old and have the legal authority to enter into these Terms. If you are using the Service on behalf of a business or other legal entity, you represent that you have the authority to bind that entity to these Terms.
To use the Service, you must create an account by providing accurate, current, and complete information. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.

EveryHaul is a software-as-a-service (SaaS) fleet and hauling management platform designed for businesses operating in the hauling, waste management, and related industries. The Service provides tools for job management, ticketing, invoicing, fleet tracking, employee management, and related operational functionality.
The Service is provided via web application accessible at everyhaul.com. Features and functionality may vary based on your subscription plan and may be modified, updated, or discontinued at our discretion.
Access to the Service requires a paid subscription. Subscription plans, pricing, and billing cycles are presented during the sign-up process and may be updated from time to time.
Payment processing is handled by Stripe, Inc. By subscribing to the Service, you agree to Stripe's terms of service in addition to these Terms. You authorize us to charge your designated payment method for all fees associated with your subscription.

The Service, including all software, design, text, graphics, logos, and other content provided by the Company, is the exclusive property of Polyhedron Labs, LLC and is protected by United States and international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.
You retain all rights to data and content that you input into the Service ("User Data"). We do not claim ownership of your User Data. However, by using the Service, you grant us a limited license to process, store, and display your User Data solely for the purpose of providing the Service to you.
The Service allows you to upload and store content including photographs, ticket images, job notes, and other materials ("User Content"). You retain ownership of all User Content you submit.
By uploading User Content, you grant Polyhedron Labs, LLC a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, process, store, and display your User Content solely for the purpose of operating and providing the Service. This license terminates when you delete your User Content or your account, except for copies retained in backups for a reasonable period.
You represent and warrant that you have the right to upload any User Content you submit and that such content does not violate any third party's rights or applicable law.
The Service may integrate with third-party services including, but not limited to:
These integrations are provided for your convenience. Your use of any third-party service is governed by that service's own terms and privacy policy. We do not control and are not responsible for the practices of third-party services.
You acknowledge that enabling third-party integrations may involve sharing certain data with those services, and you assume all risk associated with such data sharing. We are not liable for any loss, damage, or breach resulting from your use of third-party integrations.
You are solely responsible for the accuracy, completeness, and legality of all data you enter into the Service, including but not limited to:
The Service may provide tools to assist with data entry (such as OCR processing of ticket images), but these tools are provided as aids only. You are responsible for verifying the accuracy of any automatically processed data.
We are not liable for any consequences arising from inaccurate data entered into or generated by the Service.
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, IN NO EVENT SHALL POLYHEDRON LABS, LLC, ITS DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, PARTNERS, AGENTS, SUPPLIERS, OR AFFILIATES BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, USE, GOODWILL, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES, RESULTING FROM:
IN NO EVENT SHALL OUR TOTAL LIABILITY TO YOU FOR ALL CLAIMS ARISING FROM OR RELATING TO THE SERVICE EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU HAVE PAID US IN THE TWELVE (12) MONTHS PRECEDING THE EVENT GIVING RISE TO THE CLAIM.
You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Polyhedron Labs, LLC and its officers, directors, employees, contractors, agents, licensors, and suppliers from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, judgments, awards, losses, costs, expenses, or fees (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of or relating to:
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED ON AN "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" BASIS, WITHOUT ANY WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, NON-INFRINGEMENT, OR COURSE OF PERFORMANCE.
POLYHEDRON LABS, LLC DOES NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICE WILL FUNCTION UNINTERRUPTED, SECURE, OR ERROR-FREE, THAT DEFECTS WILL BE CORRECTED, OR THAT THE SERVICE OR THE SERVERS THAT MAKE IT AVAILABLE ARE FREE OF VIRUSES OR OTHER HARMFUL COMPONENTS.
We do not warrant or make any representations regarding the accuracy, reliability, or completeness of any data processed by the Service, including but not limited to OCR results, calculated values, or generated reports.
We may terminate or suspend your access to the Service immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason, including without limitation if you breach these Terms.
You may terminate your account at any time by contacting us. Upon termination:
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Florida, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
Any legal action or proceeding arising under these Terms shall be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Seminole County, Florida, and you consent to the personal jurisdiction and venue of such courts.
Any dispute, controversy, or claim arising out of or relating to these Terms or the breach, termination, or invalidity thereof shall be settled by binding arbitration administered by the American Arbitration Association in accordance with its Commercial Arbitration Rules.
The arbitration shall be conducted in Seminole County, Florida. The arbitrator's award shall be final and binding and may be entered as a judgment in any court of competent jurisdiction.
YOU AGREE THAT ANY DISPUTE RESOLUTION PROCEEDINGS WILL BE CONDUCTED ONLY ON AN INDIVIDUAL BASIS AND NOT IN A CLASS, CONSOLIDATED, OR REPRESENTATIVE ACTION. YOU WAIVE YOUR RIGHT TO PARTICIPATE IN A CLASS ACTION LAWSUIT OR CLASS-WIDE ARBITRATION.
Notwithstanding the foregoing, either party may seek injunctive or other equitable relief in any court of competent jurisdiction to prevent the actual or threatened infringement of intellectual property rights.
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will provide at least 30 days' notice of any material changes by posting the updated Terms on the Service and updating the "Last Updated" date.
Your continued use of the Service after the effective date of any modifications constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms. If you do not agree to the modified Terms, you must stop using the Service before the effective date of the changes.
Severability: If any provision of these Terms is held to be unenforceable or invalid, such provision will be changed and interpreted to accomplish the objectives of such provision to the greatest extent possible under applicable law, and the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect.
Entire Agreement: These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy and any other agreements expressly incorporated by reference herein, constitute the entire agreement between you and Polyhedron Labs, LLC concerning the Service.
Waiver: Our failure to enforce any right or provision of these Terms will not be considered a waiver of those rights. The waiver of any such right or provision will be effective only if in writing and signed by a duly authorized representative of Polyhedron Labs, LLC.
Assignment: You may not assign or transfer these Terms or your rights hereunder without our prior written consent. We may assign these Terms without restriction.
